  • Are there special assessments?
    No. There is a forgivable $5,000 grant assessment will be attached to each property.
  • What about the yard?
    Sod is included, sprinklers and well are not included, but buyers can add those on.
  • Can I select my finishes?
    No. All homes will be finished before going on the market.
